My son ordered some trainers online through the Nike Free Store. The email confirming the order was from www.shoe2013.co.uk and payment went through payitrust. The trainers were ordered 30. 05. 13, i have sent 3 emails requesting when delivery will take place and 1 asking to cancel the order as I have not received. I have not had a reply to any emails or received my order!.

I ordered the shoes in my regular size but they didn't fit so I requested a return authorization which took a couple of days. Keep in mind, this was an Amazon Prime order and the return was accepted but no shipping label - so I have to pay UPS - plus a 15% "restocking" fee. Have these people never heard of Zappos? The quality is the likes of something I have never warn before. The material is of the lowest quality and was embarrassed once I put it on. They size the jacket 1-2 sizes smaller than a North American size. When you try to return they try to get you to exchange for another piece of garbage instead of taking it back.
