Returned a blazer that was on sale for an exchange for another size. But they did make the exchange (and the return I also payed for).
When asked why they did not make the exchange, they said that the size was not in stock at the time they received the item back. But that was a big lie because I had checked their webpage of the blazer I bought, at the time they said that they received the item back and the size I requested was NOT out of stock!
So the real reason: the item was no longer on sale, so they did not wanna lose some little money!
And their customer service is also slow and they don't want to help the customers.
