STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. MY SISTER HAD TO BUY A NEW TICKET OF £700+ WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AFTER PAYING THEM £500+ TO BOOK HER FLIGHT. AND ON TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT THE TICKETS THEY HAVE HER SHE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BE USE IT EITHER WAYS BECAUSE THE PAYMENT FROM THEIR END WAS FRAUDULENT!

I was trying to help my sister book a flight to Dubai and they seemed to be giving good quotes. Only for things to be finalised and for my sister to pay them the money and for them to not send her the tickets till a whole day after - very unusual for flight bookings.The ticket they gave her was completely different from what was originally agreed on in a previous email - with a different dated, and airline. This is all after asking them several times if they can actually provide the specific dates she wanted to go to. They promised they could and when my sister called to rectify things they did not act with urgency and are yet to refund her even though it is completely their fault. They then made unacceptable excuses like it was all that was available after 8pm, bearing in mind, they did not try to call her and ask her what she wanted to do! And she wouldn't have been able to use the ticket either ways because they paid with someone's private credit card. So they abused her rights by not giving her options and they took her autonomy by them deciding for her without her permission.

She made a mistake of paying via bank transfer because she trusted their email confirmations. I am a student and she is working right now - this kind of money is not just common change. And even if it is for some, these people took it unlawfully and justice should be served! Any constructive advice is appreciated

They said to my sister that they somehow managed to book a ticket of £1,124.52 and got it half price which how my sister paid £554. They clearly used someone else's credit card and not theirs, which would have gotten my sister in trouble had she gone to the airport and used that ticket because when she called the airline, they said they had put the ticket on hold

RED FLAGS:
- A call to ABTA showed that they are flagged on their system as well as a clown website
- Their site freezes up and doesn't let you click anything at times
- Some of the pages on their websites are pictures stolen from other companies you actually can't click into them
- When you call them it usually says their mailbox is full - so you can't reach them regularly unless they call you.
-They don't consult you if there's a possible change of plans and they make decisions for you.

I just wished we had paid attention the red flags during the process.
