I just wanted new lenses in a pair of sunglasses but they said I had to sign a waiver in the event the frame broke that it wouldn't be their fault. Since I liked my frames I opted for a whole new pair of sunglasses. The sales person knew nothing about fitting the glasses so when they arrived they wouldn't sit on my nose properly. They wouldn't give me any money back. I went to another store and watched them as they very easily popped the lenses out of my old sunglasses and replaced them.
I just finished unpacking 6 chairs only to find that one is broken. Since they're out of stock, I now have to repackage all 6 chairs. To make matters worse it's almost impossible to find a real person to speak to in their customer service department. I've wasted all day!
