I placed a preorder for my children's choice of Halloween costumes. The items were ordered 8/19/16 and were supposed to ship 9/30/16 because they were not yet available. On October 12th the items were still on hold and had not shipped. I called and they claim my credit card was declined. I asked if I could give them the credit card information again because it must be an error. They then said I had to place a new order if I was to change the payment information. What? AND if I placed a new order the items are no longer available! I asked why I couldn't get the ones on hold and they said I just couldn't. So I placed an order two months in advance, received no correspondence that there was a payment issue, and I can't fix the issue to get my items that are on hold? I have never dealt with such a backwards and unfriendly company. I ordered through Toynk Toys, next day shipping. And guess what? The credit card worked just fine.
