I needed an updated resume and found them through linkedin. After paying online it took nearly 4 days to get a response from them, even after leaving 3 messages and an email. I only heard back after i contacted my bank to cancel the order, and they gave an excuse that their email to me was stuck in their outbox. They offered 24 hr turn around, which didn't happen, were very unresponsive, and when they finally did email back it was as if they had not read my emails that I had sent. The resume turned out ok, but it was hard work getting there, i felt it was a bit boxed. I was not impressed with the service, and I probably should have just stuck with the cancellation through my bank. Stay away.
