I liked this app until I started earning money on it. Let me explain.
I listened to music for about a month before I earned enough to cash out on a $20 PayPal gift card. A little after this but before I received my $20, I discovered the offers tab and completed $80 worth of offers. The DAY AFTER I completed the offers, my account was suspended. When I opened the app, it gave me a generic message stating my account was suspended due to fraudulent activity. This had happened once before, even though I hadn't done anything wrong, except later in the day I was able to open the app and continue using it, without even complaining to anyone. So I assumed it was a glitch.
When it became apparent it wasn't a glitch, I emailed customer service multiple times, and was told I violated their terms of service. I knew I hadn't done anything to take advantage of the app, but I reviewed their TOS anyway. There wasn't anything remotely close that I had done to violate the TOS.
I was so irritated that I submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau. Current never responded to my claim in the 30 days provided.
Don't you think if they were in the right, and they were an honest company, they would have responded? I don't generally wish anyone ill, but I hope Current goes out of business, and I hope they all burn in hell.
