Awful experience, I requested a full refund - still waiting. The writer did not use any of the specific examples that were included in my CV or any of the cover letters I have added to my profile. The cover letter was not targeted (as described on their website) and fell below any reasonable expectations. I. e. Clear language, professional style, outcome-focused with specific examples, and engaging. The writer's letter did not meet any of these standards; instead, the letter had incorrect sentences with words that do not make sense.

Their billing team continues to insist that they have delivered on their service
(despite my numerous emails explaining why they haven't) and is refusing to process my refund.
