Agreed with everyone. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise right after getting initiated in April of 2009. Still have not received my merchandise or a refund. It is a VERY long story complete with many many many e-mails and phone calls to the company few of which were answered and when they did answer it was usually with one sentence that was rude or did not even address my concerns. I am still to this day trying to reach a resolution regarding this issue and I see hundreds of others dealing with the same problem. This is obviously a legal issue and I don't understand how a company can be taking orders/money and just not sending out the merchandise and getting away with it! I am willing to bet there are hundreds of unfilled orders they have taken the money for...
