I was having last minute surgery and was not going to be able to complete my Spanish class. It was also too late for me to drop the course. I contacted Grade Hacker because I saw a video of theirs on YouTube. I filled out the online questionnaire and spoke with one of the reps the next day during a scheduled appointment with him. I informed him of what needed to be completed and the deadlines. After he reviewed the assignments in the portal, he also completed one of the lessons which I thought was weird since I had not paid yet. I was told the 2 assignments could be completed by the 4 day deadline and they guaranteed an A or B. I was happy, agreed to the information provided and paid the $680 bill that was sent to me. On the last day, I noticed there was no update on the assignments so I messaged him. He told me that the person assigned was still working on them but the lessons always show your progress. It got so close to the assignment due time that I was drugged out from recovery attempting to complete the exam myself. Also the second assignment I paid for them to complete was not completed until 7-8 hours after the due date, the following day. I asked them if they could issue me either a refund or credit since they did not complete the other part I was billed for. They refused to give me a refund and stated because of the short time frame given to complete the assignments, the extent of them, and they supposedly charged me way less than what they were supposed to, they would not issue a refund. They kept the $200 and were dishonest. The only reason I agreed to pay the presented amount is because I was told the assignments, regardless of the extent, could be completed within the time frame given otherwise I would have went with a different company. He also said that he failed to take into account the type of assignments yet they had access to the online source and even completed a part of the lesson before sending me the bill. That is not my fault! Luckily my professor didn't take off too many points and was super understanding. The company is legit but I don't even know if I can say that they produce quality work given the type of assignment I gave them. I WILL NOT be using this company again since they took my money for work they did not complete.

I was looking for a paint spray gun and found one reasonably priced on harbor freight. I had only heard of them through YouTube videos so decided to order about 10 items on Oct 31st. After a week and a half I received my brush cleaning kit but not the other items. I checked the tracking number provided for USPS but nothing could be found. I checked my account for an order update but kept getting an error message. After 2 weeks I called to see what happened and they told me to wait 20 business days and call back. I called back after 23 business days and they still didn't have an update and told me that because it was shipped through USPS parcel there's no way to track it. THEN WHY PROVIDE ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER?!? Odd because the one item I did receive came all the way from the east coast to Hawaii and made it but the items from California haven't made it. They put in a note for if it hadn't arrived by December 17th, to call and initiate a refund. I called today on the 17th, and now I'm being told I can't get a refund until 45 days after the date I ordered on Oct 31st! Never ordering from them again and DO NOT recommend this company. I have to open an investigation now with my bank.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site or company.

Only product I received was the brush cleaning kit. Haven't used it because the spray gun never showed up for me to use then clean.
