I have been waiting for 16 days for my product only to be told not to contact them again for two more weeks. I have requested a refund 3 times only to be told the name of the shipping company and it could take 5-10 days for delivery! We are way past that. Next stop is a complaint to the better business bureau. Stay away you won't get anything and have your money taken.
Free shipping cost $20 if you cancel your order the same day they charge you a 30% fee even on the free shipping charge (Nothing was shipped)! That is a lie since they don't refund any of your money even if you agree to the 30% charge!

Regarding the shipping fee, we do offer free standard shipping on orders over USD99, but you selected 3 days shipping, that is why there is a shipping fee $20, you can go to your cart/email box to check your order details. Besides, we sated it clearly that all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Although you requested to cancel the order the same day, it beyond 120 minutes already. We are not a liar, we do business with people from all over the world.
