I have been after a refund for a month now and still trying to receive it. Be careful with this site, they keep promising and they reassure that you will receive a refund but they keep saying you will receive it. I give up... they can keep the money... won't be shopping with them anymore. I belong to Wish and they are a lot better with their customer service... Customers, switch to wish as they have customer reps that can do things... on this site... they can't do anything... the worse site ever.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful with sellers, as they say they have the product..then you pay for it and then they say they don't have it but continue to post selling it...they just want your funds...they you go through a hassle of trying to get a refund...at this point they can keep it...it is taking 2 mths to get the refund and even Aliexpress gives me the run around as well..they say it is protected but will not generate it...the site is a scam with sellers as well...no one should have to go through something lik
