AT first I thought I found a professional office in Delray Beach Florida but had no idea what was in store for me. Its not like a didn't give these people a chance but instead gave them 4 years, and in each of those years but 1, I had problems. Immediately i noticed a lack of follow up failure to call,, ask questions etc. They interpretations of business tax laws were in conflict with mine and my other CPA that retired... Eventually one of those years they failed to file, lost all of my tax papers despite being paid in advance. They tried to fix the situation but were unable to recover fines and extra tax penalties, which most people know is impossible most of the time. Since then I have learned to do my own follow up which being from NYC, using people like Arthur Anderson I was not used too. I lost thousands, received no compensation from Levy associates,,, not even a refund for the year they did not even file. My suggestion Avoid!..
