I would give them no stars if I could! They came to my house to install a toiled, there was a problem with the water pressure Andrew took my water filter apart because he suspected it was coming from that. He said the water filter was the cause and I needed a new one, he tried to oversell me with a $1200 unit which I didn't need. When he put it back together it wouldn't stop leaking ( mind you before he took it apart it was working fine, no leaks) he bypassed the filter and tells me since I don't want to
Spend the money he's just going to shut it off I don't need a filter anyway. I called the office and spoke to the rudest person and business owner I've ever come across "JOE" as soon as I said the filter is still leaking and it wasn't before is all I could get out before he became very defensive, angry and disrespectful. He said " it Doesn't matter if your $#*!ty filter was working before, after we touch it it's now leaking and we're not responsible" I told him he was being very rude and not letting me talk, talking over me, so he says" I don't really care what you have to say I have thousands of satisfied customers so what you say Dosent matter to me" maybe he was having a bad day but it's no excuse to talk to a paying customers with such unprofessionalism.…. Because if the way he spoke to me I would never use them again and to anyone that thinks about using this business be aware of the way you may get treated
