Time and time again, Lumin has failed to assist me in the orders they have messed up. The customer service team will take action on your behalf without consulting you assuming the action they took is the one you desire. My package was lost in shipment and after the first round of unsatisfactory response, suggesting the shipping label may be mis-scanned after 10 days of transit, my second attempt was responded with them saying that DHL lost the package and they reordered my order and moved it up the que and kept shipping the same standard shipping. I will now have waited 25 days just so I can receive a mere cream.
