I've at times had hesitation with purchasing plants online. It's always been a hit or miss, mostly a miss. Planterina is a hit for me. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. The picture below is a week after the delivery of my Peace Lily and Philodendron. Packaging also included bamboo stakes and no gnats!

Purchased a case of Juicy Beaujolais Nouveau and was not pleased with the taste. I didn't contact the company but did write a review on their site. After a few days I noticed a full refund that I didn't ask for was issued to my credit card. Nice that they stand behind the guarantee listed on their site without my asking. I also have made many purchases in the past and the wine was outstanding.

I purchased an 100 gallon aquarium that is aesthetically pleasing but functionally a mess. Too many negatives to mention but if written instructions were included as advertised the aquarium would be tolerable. I should have gone with my gut feeling and returned it and paid the restocking fee. After writing numerous times for maintenance instructions they put out a 6 minute video on how to put it together with the promise of a detailed video on everything else on how to maintain such a large aquarium. This never happened. You're taking a chance purchasing from an establishment with some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Placed an order for 2 expensive comic books and the books arrived damaged. After contacting the company and being offered a 25% discount or return I selected the return option. After they received the books and constantly stated that the books never arrived I had to get PayPal involved. Within a day of filing a dispute I received the funds. Stay away unless you want to deal with the BS and ineptitude of customer service.

ShowcaseSource is the absolute best place to purchase display cabinets. I have dozens of statues to display but the major challenge was locating all glass cabinets with adjustable shelves at a decent price. After discovering this company my problem was solved. They have the best prices, friendly staff, fast service, and even provided me with detailed instructions on how to put the cabinet together, included instructions was one sheet of paper that was hard to read. Thanks Stacey for the all around great service.

I purchased 4 cubic yards of the Absolute Black Shredded Mulch and this junk was the worst quality I've ever used. Not only was shredded plastic, metal pieces and chunks of plywood embedded in this stuff but in the center of this pile of garbage was a DEAD WHITE CAT! To top this off I paid for the order 6 weeks in advance and they were still 10 days late with the drop off. When I called several times to inquire about my order being late the willfully inadequate person in charge didn't offer an apology.

I must say that I purchased 3 cubic yards from Ohio Mulch about in 2013 with no problem, the mulch was clean and the delivery was on time. I am kind of surprised that such a sharp decline in product and service can occur over 3 years.

Purchased 3 Pineapple Plants from Fast-Growing Trees, the soil of all 3 plants were contaminated with a type of meal worm and a small white slimy grub type pest. Do yourself a favor and go to a local nursery or even a big box store for a far superior product. Company also didn't respond to final email about the pest infestation.

Company eventually responded about infestation with list of chemicals to purchase to kill pest. Did not offer a refund or replacement plants
