I was look to smarten my house into a connected home and I needed a Gateway so that all my sensors could communicate with each other. After several researches I went to an Aqara Hub because it is very well known and from what I see it is especially very effective. The gateway is original with a Chinese plug but the adapter is provided with it so even if it is not especially nice it is functional. You download the free application via the play store or the apple store, you recognize your Gateway and once recognized you can start to recognize all your sensor devices and create your scenarios and routines. Small tip to facilitate detection, when you create your account say you are located in china it will greatly facilitate detection. Complete integration with Apple HomeKit. And Alexa Google Home skills are coming. I can still expect more functions with more devices.
