I ordered a part from this company, received it in good time, however, it was the wrong part. I tried to call the company and was sent to voicemail each time, so I left a message. I finally received a phone call back, but could not understand what was said, as the line was breaking up and cracking. I emailed the customer service to see what I could do to either get the right part or get my money back. They emailed back and said they would send a return receipt and apply a refund, as they did not have the correct part I needed. This order was placed in September and I still have not received anything from the company, nor have I received an email as to why.
