Please do not order from Dola #dolahair‼‼‼I am a wig lover, I have never had a company so unprofessional and unwilling to compensate for a mistake they made. I ordered a 12inch bob but was sent a 10inch after waiting for it to get here to only find out it the wrong length. Reached out through the whats app so I could communicate about this matter so long story short I was given 2 options
1. Return plus pay for shipping to return for full refund.
2. Exchange plus pay for shipping to exchange the hair then wait two weeks for it go through then I'm sure another two to four weeks before you get the right hair
Mind you this is there fault (see pic for them stating it's their fault) my messages is green their message is white. They always think we are trying to scam them when they are the ones scamming.
My biggest issue is that they are not taking full responsibility for their mistake. I'm stuck with this hair because I refuse to pay money to ship a wig back that was made due to their error.
Buy at your own risk.‼ When we people be writing those review and backing it up with facts/receipts believe them. This is a faulty company that I'll never do business with again.
Oh and let me be clear! I wanted nothing free or was trying to get over on them, I just wanted the wig that I paid for without having to spend anymore money. I stated to them to send me a return label but they kept telling me "they do not have return label" ( see attached) wether they reimburse the shipping fee or not I shouldn't have to pay to ship it PERIOD this was their mistake.
