I accidentally purchased a ticket from them (had several tabs open on my computer). Noticed it within minutes and contacted customer support. The first representative just disconnected me from the live chat. Contacted them the second time but they keep repeating the same thing over and over again saying how sorry they are but in reality not trying to help. They did not answer my question I asked like 3 times and did not provide me with a refund mentioning (for sure) their terms and conditions that their site even does not make sure for people to read.
I will try to file for a chargeback.
After I was refused a refund, I went on the site for the concert I purchased tickets for and the tickets this company sells are 20% more expensive.
I would not recommend them to anyone
