I admitted purchasing the wrong product by mistake, offered to purchase correct product which is double the price. All I wanted was to be able to return the incorrect product on the same truck the new one is delivered on. Customer service team replied with the rudest of responses about 20% restocking fee, Inbound shipping cost recovery and return shipping costs.
