Rentalcars.co.uk have cost me hundreds of pounds because they failed to provide accurate and transparent information. Their customer service representative, Marianna, who was helpful AGREED. But still they will not recompense me... they are a RIP OFF company.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs. There are many other providers. They ripped me off!

We have used rentalcars.com on a number of occasions. However, on this last occasion, they did not provide us with full and transparent information. Consequently, when we arrived in Spain it cost us an ADDITIONAL £500 to rent a car. Since returning almost 3 months ago, rentalcars.com management have refused to answer our numerous e-mails. They will TAKE your MONEY, but will not look after you as a customer when they have been negligent. DO NOT USE rental.cars.com. I was once an advocate, I am appalled now by their behaviour.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T, DON'T, DON'T. Find another website.....there are loads.
