I ordered a single set they advertise for $10.00 for two plus $6.99 for shipping
On their Turbosnake.com website.
Once they got my Credit Card info they double charged and double taxed my account at $37.29
When I complained their customer service rep made false claims and refused to refund the unauthorized charge of about $18.64.
The product may be OK but the Turbosnake Company committed fraud and false advertising!
Their arrogance and refusal to accept responsibility is worth reporting. The public should be very careful dealing with these crooks!
