Bought an item from this site, it was not as described when it arrived. Tried to contact the seller twice via email, and tried the phone numbers on the site. No reply from either. I only got a response when I raised the issue with Paypal. Sent the item back, recorded delivery of course. Seems the item got lost on the way. Tried to contact Mandy again to check if it had been delivered, no reply. Case was closed by Paypal as 20 days had passed, wonder if Mandy was counting the days! Anyway now I have no bag and £60 down. Just go to a shop if you want Harris tweed.

Looks like a professional site, until you dig a little. The refund page has nothing on it. The shoes I bought were way too small, I tried to contact by email using their address but this kept being returned. However they can email YOU if the payment does not go through. I would not bother with this site and just a get a bargain from elsewhere that will accept returns and communicate with you.
