After the initial payment, they never returned my communications to neither complete my request nor to refund me my money. Do not do it!

After promising me a few times they would have my solution before the deadline, they did not deliver. It was actually after the deadline that I contact them and all the did was refund me my money. I tried to contact a representative and they told me all agents were booked and they could not satisfy my request. I demanded an explanation and they ignored me. Great lesson learned, never trust any of these scammers because chances are you will be in big trouble.
