Ordered wig over 10 days ago. Still no update to tracking. Item still hasn't been shipped. They refuse to cancel order of over $500. Dishonest company with horrible customer service. Did some real digging today see many ppl have the same problem along with those who did RECIEVE item said it was trash. They don't abide by their shipping or company written policy's. Will be doing charge back to bank.
