I bought a bin that was FAULTY from the start (I think it was called an Eko bin and promised an automatic opening system operated by a battery. It never worked. Contacted the store SEVERAL times to get a refund but they just never even got back to me. Initially had great service from them so this was extremely disappointing. Poor form not to look after customers if there is a faulty product.

I am from Australia and had quite a few issues that were not what I expected with unexpected costs, items not been in the condition stated and overall not to the standard I'd expect. However, each and every issue was addressed and The Real Real were just amazing in the effort they went to to make things right. This is what you want from a company. There was a Caitlin who was particularly helpful. I was very happy in the end. Thank you guys. Dr Riy
