Hi there, I purchased an anti theft bag from a pop up add on Facebook from MACROP. After receiving the bag it quickly started to fall apart. I emailed the company with photos attached only to be told the bag is still usable and offered me a 15% refund... I told them that is was not acceptable and I would a full refund as per the guarantee on their site. A number of days later the same response seems to be cut pasted and sent to me again.
