My first and last order from Inddus. The dress looked different, the quality was poor and one size smaller than I ordered. The worst part is they refused to do anything about it. They offer good prices with free shipping, but it's better to pay a little extra and get what you pay for.

I ordered a dress which was quickly delivered, but looked completely different in real life. I was shocked to see the cheap fabric and the dull colors which looked vibrant on the images.

I contacted customer service through chat and was asked to give the order details. Once I gave them the details they told me to send a complain through email. I sent an email, did not get any reply, so I contacted them again through chat. After sending them few messages they told me that I should get a reply within 48 hours. Weeks have passed and still no reply.

They are always available on chat, but only for product queries, they try to avoid any order issues. I was thinking about ordering more from them once I receive the order, but never again.
