They don't do refunds, so you'd better know your size. Store credit, they do give but you'll have to pay postage for them to send you a new item. My order notice went to spam until I called them wondering where my exchange order went. Pretty things, but watch out or you'll have a big store credit you don't know what to do with. You can't try a thing on!
Very frustrating business model.
Tip for consumers:
Be very careful and know your size. Returns are credit only and a real hassle for exchanges
