My daughter decided on the Large Elsie Desk. Even though I had 20% coupon to use, I wasn't able to apply on furniture. Chat did offer me 10% off though. But I couldn't use my military also on top of it. Online needs to allow for both since Im able to apply both at a PB store. Since covid started, I didn't want anyone in the houseI explained if I can get White Glove delivery waivedthey would not even discount my delivery. I also added a gold Pinboard. They wouldn't ship my desk b/c they were waiting on the Pinboard at warehouse to arrive. I was disappointed. Online stated that these 2 items would ship separately. After paying an arm and leg for delivery, now I had to wait weeks before they can ship bc the Pinboard had not arrived. I called several times for CS which took a long time, one said the Pinboard arrived and they are waiting on the desk while another CS rep was vice versa. I was tempted to cancel the Pinboard but now it was being backordered so I didn't cancel. Products finally arrived only for delivery guys to drop in my garage unassembled. My gold Pinboard wasn't perfectit had a few scratches you can see in the light. It was their last one so I was offered a slight discount. My desk was just average quality. For the price paid, I expected the interior drawers to be finishedinstead it was more rough and light washed, unfinished. The drawers didn't even have gliders like the centered drawerso they pull roughly. I can see in a few years the wood may chip due to overpulling. After looking at the measurements online trying to decide on a chair, I noticed that their measurements for the desk was off. They seriously need to update their website. Chat service was hard to get a hold offthey didn't answer promptly. Questions as far as measurements goeshad to wait via email to get an answer. The center space for a chair seemed small for the chairs they were offering. I hope the chair I order will fit. I placed my order for a swivel chair in April and it's been backordered till mid August. Prices are ridiculously high. I had only got this item since my PB Rewards kicked in. Inventory/selection of fabric choices seems to be lacking and changing. They do have great sales from time to time like their 30-50% off clearance. Can be a waste of time to shop, most items not available even though you click and view them. Limited time sale items and Roxy items can't even apply coupons. No local store near me so that's a downsize to not previewing the products. It would be nice if all PB stores had a PBTeen store next to them. Site needs updating with correct specs and put back customer reviews like W&S.

During end of May when stores were still closed, I was able to finally checkout and order my first time. Site was having technical problems at checkout. Unfortunately I had to pay $49 flat delivery fee so I added more stuff to my order besides a desk. I ordered a huge floor mirror and 2 desk mats. Delivery was 2 months out into end of July. However, I kept checking online I was able to edit my shipping date. I was able to get this pushed by mid June. I was happy and that made my $49 worth while. I missed the delivery guy so he placed all my items at my front door. Everything was intact and perfect condition. Mirror was not even cracked or damaged. Customer service though is lacking. No chat service. And if you do email themit's only directed for Order cancellations. I had other questions and I didnt get answered till weeks later. When the stores opened in July, I was able to find a bookcase that was perfect for my pantry. Was able to apply my Ikea cc promo to my purchases. Prices are affordable, quality products, however more inventory needed on general aisle products in store. Most of my ikea purchases are desks and 20 years later they are still in perfect condition.

I love shopping at Hallmark online and at the stores. Some are franchises and others are individually owned so their discounts may not be same. They offer Rewards, bonus coupons, birthday coupons, and in-store printable coupons and even Free cards. During their Clearance sales and during some holidays they offer up to 50%-90% off! During covid season, they're offering Free Ship to Hallmark Reward members or Free pickup at your store. Shipping is quick and product is received within days. You can always find something unique, meaningful, and quality made at Hallmark.

I was quite surprised with the low ratings. However, this was my first purchase buying Fabric by the Yard by Wildon HomeĀ®. The site was easy to search for what I needed and provided much information on the fabric stats. I loved how I was able to order fabric samples before placing my orderand it didn't take long to receive. My 3yards of fabric was enough for 6 dining chairs and had extra to make another seat cushion. Chat was helpful in letting me use my expired 10% coupon. Fabric didn't take too long to receive. Packaging was wrapped nicely in thick plastic. I plan to order from site again since my AMEX has offer rewards when you *******@Wayfair.

I ordered a $225 console table July4th weekend and have yet to receive my order. I was surprised that I didn't have to pay white glove delivery, but maybe $20 or so for special delivery. My cc was already charged right away. My tracking label was created right away and was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. Instead I got a huge empty box with a floral stem (that was supposed to go with my other order). The tracking I have for my console table = 1 lb and the floral stem for my other order = 1 lb. Which I thought was scammy thinking someone from warehouse stole my order on Saturday. I never got an email confirmation that this other tracking with floral stems was coming assuming it was my console table. It's July 25th and no product still. My other order had problems. My wreath hanger was cancelled. My $30 white orchid wreath however came but the product is so terrible. All of the petals started falling off within days. I counted about up to 5 petals and 3 acorns. My wreath looks awful with no shape. I will need to take it down. Takes a long time to get someone on phone about 3hrs. I couldn't cancel my console table when i called I never received it... they were telling to wait till 21 days. My other order with the wreath says they can cancel the order since I didn't get it with my floral stems. Doesn't makes sense. She can cancel but yet can't cancel my console table even though it was supposed to ship on a Saturday now she's telling me I have to wait another 21 days. I already bought it at my local store thinking Chat mentioned that I can message them and they'll take care of me, and other orders on FB were being cancelled due to not receiving. Price changed within a week and couldn't get the price difference onlineeven though I never got my product. I highly recommend if you want to shop at Pier1, purchase at the store vs. dealing of unknowingly of not receiving it. Chances are you could of bought at store. I also did a chargeback with my bank, but supposedly their timeframe is 30days. I plan to contact Pier1 on Monday to get my money back. I did end up buying the same console table at the store due to chances are I won't be getting it in the mail due to other complaints like mine.

No response to emails. Label created but it didnt ship. Took almost 2mths to receive custom foam, disregarded request for Refund, disputed via PP. Shipped me yellow, cheap low quality foam can even pinch through my fingertips. No where near high density. Site has several red flags - advertising youtubers to make you believe their foam was originally from them, checkout only through PP. Order even went through w/out submitting an order. Highly recommend changing passwords/PP info. Fraudsters also posting their own reviews as immaculate. Don't believe them!
