I ordered two antigen tests last November. However, UK Government rules changed so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Despite completing their refund request page we were not given a refund. No tests were sent and subsequent requests for a refund were met with obfuscation by customer service reps. Result? We paid money, did not receive any of the tests originally ordered nor did we receive a refund when this was requested. Shoddy and dishonest service. I suspect there are many people in the same position with this company!
