Let it be Known to all readers All I wanted
Is this resolved NOW! All I looking for is Fairness and for EXCUSES TO END. To all concerned I lost a lot of work and money to this company. Now I be lucky if I ever see another transmission from these guys.
It many have to go to small claims with audio, text message, and documents from both installers as well as consumer complaints. No doubt I win. Just longer process as well as more headaches.
I believe A Transmission thought if they string people along long enough they get feed up and go away. NOT ME! I paid for a working transmission I well get a working transmission.

Just strings the customers along for months on end. My 1st trans only lasted 9 months. Metal thur out transmission inside. Waited 3monthes and was told time after time it would be shipped and come to find out it never got shipped. Week after week
And month after month this went on. Then I got Trans #2 and that only lasted 3 months and reverse gear is gone! (How does one drive without reverse). I called January 6th kevin told me he start building new trans 3 weeks later and tons of unanswered calls and text messages which is now February 6th and he admits he never started it!
Now were into March and still no transmission. There are tons of complaints on this company and Michigan consumer protection legal department is now looking into the company's Numerous complaints!
I am waiting on my 3rd 4L80E Transmission and I had all of them professional installed by installers that only build or install transmission. I also used 2 different companys so they could not cast blame. I did a lot of things right.
I have all my text messages and documents, a lot of recorded phone calls of all the excuses and admitting of delaying building or shipping my transmission. This company need to be held accountable for there actions
I lost a lot of money and all I get is ATTITUDES AND EXCUSES!

Anyone whom has issues with A Transmission or Got All Auto which are both operated as one entity. Should File a complaint with Michigan State Attorney & Consumer protection Department@ *******599.
