Extremely slow processing, and I can't emphasize that any stronger. Made an order on the 9th of February with hopes it would be delivered on time for a wedding but with it being the 16th (at the time of this review) and the wedding on the 23rd February clearly not going to happen.

Was told "Unfortunately, we don't have the exact date but we will update you next week". NEXT WEEK? It's already been a week with no process, so 2weeks to pack an order and ship? Then another week for it to arrive. They state express shipping but no point if you don't ship the orders out at a reasonable time. Just unbelievable. The reason for the late shipping was due to them being behind schedule not a good enough excuse, slap in the face excuse really. A review in how they process and manage orders might be in needed.

I don't believe their excuse that was given I have a feeling they don't have what they are advertising in stock and there for are waiting on new shipment. Why else would it take 2weeks to just process and ship?

Requested a cancellation but was told once it's placed it can not be fullfilled even though the items aren't packed or shipped. Upon further reviewing it turns out they don't have a refund process! Big red flag for a company to deny a refund. Just shows they are in it just for your hard earned cash, screams money grabbers.

Extremely disappointed with the company. I would understand if I ordered during the busy parts of the year, Christmas or Black Friday for example but there's nothing on at the moment. Since coming out of lockdown every other online company i have ordered from has bounced back and have been fast and efficient. Some even stayed efficient during lockdown! Just poor organisation on their part.

First and last time ordering from Sundae Muse, will not be recommending this company to others.

Tip for consumers:
Seems like most have a positive experience but unfortunately I'm not one, I'll be telling friends/family to avoid but take it at your own risk..

Got 3 dresses yet to arrive, stated it will take another week to ship! 2weeks to pack and ship.

Litfad sells unsafe electrical items which I recommend avoiding at all costs. The products are not up to standard and pose a real threat if used. Please go and read other reviews about this company. I myself fell victim to their fraudulent website, upon receiving my item months it was clear that the item was unsafe. It looked like it was put together in someone's backyard wouldn't dare try and use it.

The customer service and I use that term extremely loosely is appalling, they refuse to give full refunds for the dangerous goods opting instead to give 5% back once you ship the item back to them. They pass themselves off as a credible company with a well-put-together website, Youtube channel, etc but are in fact a scam company located in China. AVOID.

I bought a light from Litfad for $57 the price isn't what I'm angry about but rather I'm more hurt about the fact they passed themselves off to be a credible company if you go to the website, it looks very convincing. They have and are going to continue to scam people with poorly made electrical items which is incredibly dangerous.

When I bought the item, I was given a tracking number and URL for the shipping company. When I put the details in to the shipping site, it said shipping not found. I then realise I had been scammed. Quickly went to look at reviews of the company and found 100+ 1-star complaints on one sight and numerous others on various sites. I then sent an emailing stating I believe I have been scammed and want my money back. They then sent a 'new' tracking number (was the same) and a new URL, this worked but went to a Chinese shipping site, the previous was an English shipping site. Now I realize instead of a western company this was in fact a company based in China.

When the item finally arrived, I opened the package I could tell right away it wasn't good, it came very poorly packaged. The item looked like it was made on-site, I didn't dare try and put a light bulb in it. I could see superglue used to put the fixture together but not in a professional manner or up to standards. I have been for the past days going back and forth with different people from the company, the first 20+ emails were sent with pre-written answers. It was clear they weren't reading what I said they have a pre-organized response method. I knew this because other people who have contacted the Litfad company had the same responses word for word in the same order. I am now however dealing with someone who can speak English is very arrogant and rude and is talking to me in a manner that you see from a phone scammer. They are demanding me to send the item all the way back to them in China and will then only give me 5% of my $57 back. I've refused to do so as I've kept the item as evidence and just would help to make more awareness and reports on the Litfad company.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM LITFAD IT'S NOT SAFE, POORLY MADE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL ONLY OFFERS 5% BACK IF YOU SHIP THE ITEM ALL THE WAY BACK TO CHINA.
