Their customer representative was not knowledgeable and not very helpful. He seemed to be bored with his job and thus, didn't do a great job. Their tech engineer was also not friendly and unprofessional. He didn't listen to us regarding our preferences, and he did a terrible job of web development. What a waste of money.
