I bought a Ninja Blender a while ago and don't use the product very often. However, after the guarantee expiration, I've been seen a few issues with it (The single-serve cup doesn't work anymore, and the pitcher lid doesn't work either). I contacted Ninja about it, and they opened an inquiry under #*******. They asked me to make a phone call to follow up on that and asked me to show them the issues by video.
After this long process, I got the explanation saying they can't fix the problem, they can't give me a new product because it's no longer under guarantee. Also, they discontinued the model and can't do anything. As a result, the blender is garbage now! I lost my money, my time, and I've been feeling super frustrated about that. Ninja has treated me like garbage.
