I ordered an A-line dress from Redbubble. When it arrived it was huge and it was only a size XS. I have been trying to either return it or at the least get a voucher for another product. I have a trail of emails asking for pictures, where it was sent, etc, etc. I have complied with all their requests but when it comes to getting actual refund or credit, forget it. I will probably end up disputing the charge. Couple of notes... I read the reviews on the website about the dress and felt confident in my purchase. Now that I have the dress and went back to look at the reviews, there are NO negative reviews. I tried to add a review regarding the sizing and I could not find a place to do so. I will say the printing quality is good but I am not going to wear a dress that looks like a tent on my and I am just a size 6.

Ordered on Dec. 19 and have not received the product. Have had some email correspondence that continues to say they are in production. Repeated attempts to get a tracking number have been rebuffed. This is a scam.
