In February of 2012 I joined DealDash. It was my very first penny auction site to try. I didn't have good luck in the beginning because I found it confusing. I then saw a Quibids commercial and thought I'd try their penny auction site. Quibids was easier to understand for me, and I stayed with them through 7 years. 5 months ago, I got frustrated with Quibids due to their lack of customer support help. I went back to DealDash and was determined to figure it out. What a blessing to have had a fantastic customer support live chat (online) with Chase. He was patient, kind, and very understanding about my confusion of the "Leaderboard". He spent long conversations with me in making sure I understood how the changes had taken place during my bidding which caused my clock to change the rewards bids. 2 thumbs way up high for Chase! Best customer support from any auction site I have ever used. I no longer am bidding on Q. I gave up on that company 5 months ago and thankful to have finally come to understand DealDash. Just recently I won an Imac Laptop for $14.20! This was a winner pays 1/2 price auction event. Good luck to you as well.

While traveling to Florida for the winter, I always need coffee along the road trip. So at 6: am and overnight driving, I needed coffee. I also thought a waffle sounded delicious with my coffee for breakfast. So I make a pitstop at a Waffle House along the major interstate highway off I75 just south of Atlanta Georgia. The waitress brings me the waffle fairly quickly, but no coffee and not offered water as well. I was eating my waffle when the waitress brought me my bill and said "no hurry to pay". I said, you have the coffee added to my bill, but I never received it. She giggled about it in an apologetic manner yet continued to flirt with the 4 young guys setting next to me. She walked away stating "I FORGOT to put the pot on to brew, do you still want it?" as I am taking my last bite of waffle. I got irritated with her and suggested to her "oh don't bother, you are busy flirting with your young men". I took the bill walked to the counter and paid the bill. Left NO tip what so ever, walked directly to my car and called 1-877-9waffle. I had seen the phone number at the bottom of my bill. I spoke with customer service gal, but nothing ever become of the rude way I was treated and ignored at that Waffle House. A simple coupon sent to me for a free cup of coffee would have been a kind gesture from such a large corporation. JMO.

After reading all the reviews left here, I think Erik G. Deserves a raise! Quibids is not a scam. And for the people who claim to have been charged $60 not knowing they would be charged, my question would be, why do you ever enter your credit card information on an internet site and not expect to be charged for? That's not an error on Quibids doings, but it is your error for not reading the terms and policies clearly stated on the sign up page. No where does it state "Try it Free". When you entered your credit card info and clicked on the "I agree" button, obviously you did not understand what you were agreeing to. I am a happy, satisfied, winning bidder of 4 years. The customer support team is outstanding, and the merchandise is all new and come with a full return unless otherwise stated at the bottom of each auction you are involved in. These complains belong in the (Don't hate the game-hate the players for not knowing what they are agreeing to). Kudos to Quibids for being the top rated penny auction site on the internet which offers an exciting new way of online shopping, and not a gambling hall.
