I have been doing business with Jenner Ag for several years, I am appalled at what they call customer service. I truly believe they give their employees lessons on how NOT to give decent customer service. When they really mess something up, they go the extra distance to not fix it, or make things worse. Service is beyond terrible, and no one seems to care about making it any better.
