I recently got in touch with life & business coach Jeff Lomey to guide me through a cross roads i was at in my life. I was at a point in my life where I was feeling really stuck and had no direction or idea of what my true purpose was. After spending some time with Jeff, he has not only helped me realise my true purpose but has guided me forward in a very strategic way to get my life purpose to come to light and become my work. After Jeff's guidance and help, I took a leap of faith and started my own Triathlon coaching business. Which I am hugely excited about as it is my two passions combined. Jeff has been there to guide me and help me get over all of the fears and challenges I have faced along the way.
