The service provided was average. They guided me well but I feel there is a lack of delay in communication and it takes so much time. Other than that the service was good.
They lie, many properties are landlocked without roads, when a person protests, they refuse phone calls to make a payment which leads to foreclosure. Once you have made payments, there is no way out. Not recommended at all.
Hi Ashley,
I'm sorry you had this experience, and it is definitely not how we want or have chosen to do business for the past 25 years. I attempted to find your purchase, but unfortunately am not able to find you in our system to verify any of the information that you've stated. It is not our policy to refuse phone calls, especially not payment calls, unless someone is being verbally abusive.
We try to be as transparent as possible with each of our properties, and very rarely have properties that don't have access. If we can tell during our research that there is no access we state so on our website. Also, our terms and conditions of the land sale contract do state that the buyer(s) acknowledge the land is being purchased 'AS-IS', subject to whatever physical condition and location the parcel may be found at the time of sale, subject to all existing covenants, conditions, restrictions, exploration rights, easements, rights of way, assessments, zoning of record, and any land use restrictions. Also, the contract states that the buyer(s) acknowledge having inspected the property and investigated its suitability for any given purpose prior to purchasing, including availability of access and utilities or lack thereof, and hereby accepts the property 'AS-IS'.
We do allow customers to cancel the contract, which is also stated and agreed to in the terms and conditions when purchasing any of our properties. However, under these situations a cancellation form would need to be signed, and dependent on the situation a contract termination fee of $200 would be charged and no refunds given.
I hope this provides some clarifications on the land sale contract terms that are agreed to when anyone purchases from us.
