I bought two subscriptions for my mom for Christmas. A succulent box and an indoor houseplant box. The first month was good. The 2nd shipment, the grapy ivy was destroyed inside the box. Dirt everywhere and the plant itself was just little clippings with almost zero roots, no actual potted plant. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would replace it. However it took over a month for them to even send out a replacement and it was an entirely different plant, not grape ivy, when it arrived. The 3rd shipment was also bad. The indoor plant was again decimated in the box and had broken unhealthy ends that were brown and yellowing. I contacted the company for a refund and have had ZERO response. Horrid quality and horrid customer service. I canceled both subscriptions and went to The Sill instead. Spend your money elsewhere!
