In Dec I sent a complaint about an item I had purchased the month before. The product was extremely late to arrive and I was pretty angry seeing as a Christmas present would not be coming and I thought they would just blow me off like most other companies but they did very much the opposite.
They replied right away and not only did they offer sincere apologies but they refunded my money and did not b. S me at all! ( My account was refunded within a day or two. AWESOME.)
My only advice is if you need a gift ASAP don't order products off of Groupon. Simple as that.
Groupon definitely gets a 5/5 from me. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them (even if it wasn't positive to begin with.) I'm glad to see a company that actually cares. Had they not solved my problem ASAP I would never use the site again but I now order all kinds of things (food, tickets, etc) and I have had no problems.
