About Me

I work in the ER department at our very small local hospital. It’s a tight knit community and I’m proud to be a part of it. I enjoy macrame and making jewelry/beading.

How I Can Help

I did hair for 8 yrs, the experience was knowledge gained, which is never a bad thing. Ultimately it was not something I enjoyed but any questions related to hair cutting or coloring I can help. I’m knowledgeable in health insurance lingo along with most general plan policies. I can also help with macrame and beading questions related to my specific interest’s.

Interests

Beading, macrame, hair, nails.

I used to use amazon all the time but started to notice a few things that really got me questioning why so many, including myself at one point, spend thousands of dollars a year on amazon. The first thing that gave me pause was that the first 5 or 6 times I tried to leave a negative review for certain products, they denied the review. I'm not sure why amazon can actually do this, I mean if you cant be honest about how you feel about a product how am I as a consumer supposed to get an accurate product description? I'm not one of those people that only leave bad reviews, so this didn't makes no sense to me. The other thing is that I ordered a $300 or $299.45 to be exact, machine from them. I was looking forward to getting this machine, but the day it was supposed to arrive about an hour after the estimated delivery time I got a notice saying package was damaged in route. So that's fine, I tried to contact the original seller and they stated they would not be able to send a new one that they would be refunding the payment back to me. So fast forward a week or so and they refunded me 289.98. That's almost ten dollars less than I paid for the product, so I contact them and they state that promotional credits are non-refundable. So you are telling me that I have to pay ten dollars for a product that I never received because you guys couldn't fulfill the order? How does that make any sense? I wasn't returning the order, they could not deliver it! Ten dollars isn't a lot of money but think about how many people this happens to every year, they make millions off of doing this to people. In my opinion Amazon is scamming people out of money and half of them probably never even notice because who thinks a company that big would need to do that to people. Needless to say I never got the machine and I was told they couldn't give me back the ten dollars. Lesson learned and I will never use them again.

I've had nothing but trouble with everything from uploading images, getting basic settings to pull up, and just switching my text from original to bold. This product is far too expensive, for the lowest quality service. The help articles leave out important information, leading to spending hours and hours (no exaggeration I've spent at least 20 hrs total) of time trying find help, just to start a project. I can't get a live agent and email responses are "backed up in some cases to days at a time." I will never try this app or service again, cancelled my subscription for complete inability to provide ease of use whatsoever, along with failure to speak to anyone for assistance. Do not recommend. Couldn't pay me to use this app/service ever again.

Tip for consumers:
Ease of Use-Nonexistent
Cost to Use-Outrageous
Support Response Time-Way Too Long
Conclusion-Do NOT Recommend

I've banked through twinstar for about 10 years now. Their fees are exceptionally low compared to other places in the area. I've never waited more than a minute to speak to someone. They are always friendly and resolve my issue whatever it may be.

Tip for consumers:
You can chat online instead of having to call for most issues.

Arbor Health is a small hospital in the middle of a very small town. The staff is always friendly, service in the ER can be quite a wait at times, but with only one Dr. and 2 nurses on at all times along with 3 available rooms and two kept open for major emergencies, this is expected. The staff genuinely cares about the community and goes out of their way to provide the best service possible.

Tip for consumers:
You can request records online by clicking on the patients and visitors tab at the top of the screen, submit the Request of Information form to get records in a convenient timely manner. Additionally you can sign up for the patient portal to request medication refills, view medical info, and ask questions.

I have been a customer with boost mobile for at least 6 years, trying to keep giving their services another try each time an issue arises. I've finally hit my limit today, when trying to restart my plan month (I do this early every month because unlimited data really means enough high speed data for about 20ish days then you have data that never loads, it's so slow you may as well be out) I have to do so by speaking with an agent EVERY SINGLE TIME. This takes about an hour and 15 minutes each time, over 5 or 6 years how much time do you think that adds up to, too much, too much time. This last time I spoke to them I expressed my concern about this issue, and asked the representative to please restart my plan month. He did not do so, he added funds to my account, which I specifically asked him not to do. Consequently after the hour speaking to him I had to restart this process all over with a new agent, who stated he showed no record of me even speaking to any other agent that day. So add another hour to my list of wasted time just trying to restart my plan month. I will be finding other coverage after this plan month, when I asked for a link to leave a review for their services I was told they don't have one. Sketchy services, wasted time, and spotty coverage.
