First, the food is not worth the price but thought I would try it anyways at least once. I didn't like it so I canceled my plan and still got charged weeks later. Talked to support and the support agent made me feel like an idiot by constantly asking when I canceled my account and saying I must not have done it. Terrible company. Stealing money.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you cancel multiple times just to make sure it goes through (if you decide to cancel).
