Through costco offers, they installed the following
1. June 2020، they suggested to upgrade my AC to 4 tons instead of the old one as the house in the summer was too hot indoor. They also charged me to install wireless thermostat which never happened as they could not get the unit. I finally bought Glass thermostat from best buy and installed it myself. That work cost me more than 14 K. I texted the installer to refund the price of thermostat more than 3 or 4 times, no response. I called the company more than 3 times ( most of time was with which i believe her name is heather) every time i hear they will check and get back to me. But still waiting

2. Same problem happened in summer of 2021, through costco again, i bought furnace (high end one and wireles) with split, mini split، ductless lenox and wireless thermostat, less than 7 months now and my house is burning hot, the thermostat registered under weired name in Texas, USA, WHEN I CALLED the number my thermostat registered under, turned to be highl
Iand hospital or something like this. This job cist me more than 23 K. I called the company today and they wanted to charge me emergency visit fir something they instalked less than 7 months ago and kess than 18 months ago

Its bad experience, as i believe now all that money i spent close to 40 K, to get high end equipment, did not solve the problem, so their professional recommendationturned to be a way to get money out of your pocket without honesty or solving the main problem.

I dont think i should pay to get equipment less than 7 months old, get fixed

I also blame costco for putting its clients in this situations, now i think any offer costco give to its client its low quality, as these companies does not have workload and willing to offer costco members cheap prices just to get their bussinessgoing.

I called costco to start a complaint process but unfortunately are closed

In summary never go with costco offers when it come to big investment in your house، as i look like they deal with companies that will not have workload without signing contract with costco. Also cofort masters and affordable comfort should not be your direction when you looking for HVAC equipments. This an honest review and it is up to each of you.

Even if they have the unique Z fold, which apple dont have, and hopefully soon apple will come with better invention. The reason. Samsung have the worst customer service. Their waiting time is longer than, possibly your life, after u wait its easy for them to disconnect, i believe in purpose, and never call back, and u have to speak to seven or 8 agents, and go over and over ur isdues with a new agent again, if u chating with them, they ignore you for hr. And then say, please go to such and such website as we have a high volume of clients ( i doubt. Probablytheir agents chat with each other), complete unprofessionalism. I personally regret switching to them after being with apple for 14 years, unfortunately, decieved by the Z fold. Company with no support and back up like samsung, worth nothing, company, with professional support and back up, even if their products is not that attractive, worth billion, like apple. Please switch to apple if u can, and never quit apple for samsung whatever their product is. See attached videos, this is one example of chattingwith samsung customer service, i wish i was able to record the other strugle i had it with them few weeks ago over the phone. My daughter 5 years old, knows how to respect people and answer their questions, more than samsung customer service

Sorry but ur company has a very bad review also listed as scam. Even in linked in. Also I never applied through your website, so not sure where u got my info from, I am dealing currently with multiple recruiters, and non of them asked for money in advanced, if you r a real recruiter with connections, you should then be able to get me to the interviews, and it should be a contract between both of us, that you get paid only when I get a job, beside you provided me with misleading info, you said I don't have to have a license prior to applying to any job in UAE, though if u check any hospital website in UAE, WHO ACTIVELY RECRUTING, you will find one of their main requirements is to have a valid DHA or MOH license to be short listed, sorry, but if I did not get a written legitimate explanation for this and were you got my contact info from, I have to add another scam review about your bussiness, and you know how this will impact your reputation. May be your reply to my review will be like your other replies ( like I am a frudent and u will take legal action against me) but seriously I don't care, as if you are a real scamer, people need to know as you should not make income by scamming others
