First I wished there was anything below 1 star to select. They don't even deserve that star which I am compelled to choose.
I bought a ticket for my son back in January 2022. Unfortunately my son tested positive at the day of his flight. The ticket was from Pegasus booked through Reheat. Its May 23,2022 and yet I have not received any refund. Pegasus refused any contact and referred the issue to Reheat. Rehlat keeps telling me to have patience in their rare replied to many emails. Never recommend this agent.
