I purchased the pro package which should include the logo design, letter head, business card and t-shirt. When trying to complete the project I found out you have to pay separately after you design these items although the design is just placing the purchased logo on preauthorize templates. The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your pun products or use your local printers!

They damaged everything we owned after we spent over $5000 in moving expenses, and I do mean everything. They want to settle at $50 which they increased to $500. I guess I'll see them in court.

I ordered multiple items from the site and some of the items did not ship. I contacted the company for a refund on numerous occasions and was assured a refund would be given. Since then I have had no success with phone contact and e-mail customer service tells me to contact the refund department!
