I am Attiya, a content writer, researcher, and business planner. I belong to a very remote area of Pakistan where even the internet facilities are not up to the mark till now.
I started my journey at freelancer.com in 2013. In these 9 years, I have completed 100s of projects and earned 100s of reviews on my profile. I am a full-time freelancer and my all in all source of income is my ID at freelancer.com. When I started my career as a freelancer and started spending my time and energy building my profile at freelancr.com, at that time freelancing was not very trendy and there was no proper guidance about it. I have done much hard work and my earnings at the site are more than ******* USD.

I have been recognized, honored, and awarded as one of the top 100 freelancers in my country, Pakistan. I have the honor of getting published in the official 1st book of EXTRAORDINARY by PSEB (Pakistan Software Export Board), a department of the Government of Pakistan. All this is only on the basis of my struggle and success with the freelancer.com ID.

I have never violated the terms and conditions of freelancer.com, intentionally. A few weeks back, freelancer.com suspended my ID, without any prior intimation or Email.
Later, they emailed me the reason by saying that one of the projects, I have recently worked on was academic.
I have explained to them many times, that the project they are targeting is not academic. It was a curriculum designing project.
They are not responding to my response, instead, they send me auto follow-up messages, i. E. that your ticket is still open.

I have my ongoing projects at their site, and also have some created milestones. I am unable to work on any of the projects as I can't log in and communicate with the employers. This act is giving a very wrong impression to my employers and also they are suffering losses in their business.

I understand that they have their own algorithms and terms to have a check on the accounts. But, as a freelancer, I am their asset, and I have the complete right they listen to me.
I am ready to give any kind of proof to the freelancer admin that it was not academic work.
By not considering my point of view and by closing my well-built ID, they are like giving a message to new freelancers that they should not waste their time and energy at this site. It is because they can close anyone's ID at any time and they will not even let you advocate your case.

Freelancer.com has the worst support system and worst policies toward freelancers. They usually mishandle Freelancer's issues

If needed, I will also provide the emails that I sent them and the auto-follow-up messages that they are replying to me back, instead of any personal attention.
