AVOID these SCUM BAGS!
Ezybook reference - EZY-xdacf******* & EZY-ucwoa*******
Had appalling experience. Booked x 2 cars with Ezybook who gave contract to (Park and Ride for you Ltd) at Gatwick.

Right from word go things looked dodgy! They redirected us to another car park which didn't looked like one had puddles everywhere. We took pictures of our mileage. Arriving week later to find these morons used one car driving 305 miles & another for 27 miles leaving fuel tank empty. Moreover leaving our cars in absolute filth and birds poo all over it.

We complained Essex police - *******1491)
(Case ID- SXP-*******497) who said this is a civil case and put their hands up. Complained to Ezybook who also won't help as contract was with these pests (Park and Ride for you Ltd)

Worse yet to come when we received a pcn from NCP Gatwick where these idiots used our car leaving us to pay £100 in fine, whilst we were away on holiday.

Above all this they had audacity to ask £20/car on arrival as our flight was late. We feel cheated and helpless! Don't know where this country is heading to where business like these don't have any norms & ethics!

My question to Ezybook how long will they continue their contracts with Park and Ride for you Ltd after having numerous bad reviews. And will they take any actions against them?

My suggestion - AVOID THEM AT ALL COST THEY'RE NOT WORTH IT!

I would like to inform about the appalling service I got at BM Stores at Unit 7A, Imperial Retail Park, Bristol BS13 7TJ on 08/06/22.

I wanted to buy an Tower Air fryer £99 which showed limited availability online. I tried calling the shop on *******563 to check the stock, which didn't give me an option to check, so had to drive all the way to shop to find not even single unit left!

Whilst I was there it was still showing "Limited Availability" online. Jade from customer service said "Our site is rubbish!" so I request to speak with Store manager. I had to wait around 10 minutes when Ms Deb Stobbs arrived who just said "I can only apologise and from next year you'll be able to order online" She asked me to ring Chris Robinson (Store Manager) to which I said "You are giving me an FAKE OPTION here- We cant reach anybody on that given number!

I'm absolutely GUTTED with their service!

1) They didn't gave me an option to check stock over the phone!

2) They didn't gave me an option to RESERVE/BUY it ONLINE and then pick it from the shop!

3) I had to waste my PETROL driving 24 miles to and fro NOT to mention the RISING PRICE OF PETROL!

It has definitely left a very BAD FEELING about their "Website & Customer Service"

They definitely need to improve their service as I'm one of their UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Hi there,

We bought H96 max RK3318 Android box from Bangood which after light & very rarely used, has stopped working. As soon as I turn it on it says "BOOT" on the box and gets stuck.

I'm very disappointed with this product & highly regret a good company Bangood sells such a cheap product. I got in touch with them & they offered me partial refund which i'm not happy at all.

After doing lots of research on internet, I've realised its not only me, There are thousands like me who have come across same issues like me. You get to see loads of people on forums & on Youtube displaying same problem about this product.

I've been old customer of Bangood & would still urge them to send me another product or give me Full Refund. They should stop selling this product.

I'll also urge people to do research before buying this product, as it doesn't seem to be build of Good Quality. Go on Youtube & read people reviews

Had a VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE from Zapals. Ordered External hard drive case on 21st July 2018. Its 26th Sept 2018 now. Still no sign of arrival of the item.

Hong Kong standard post says on order ( delivery between 7-45 days) Emailed zapals ( Ticket number- #KOU-*******) they're asking me to wait for another 30 days saying delivery could be up to 75 days.

They gave tracking number of Hong Kong Post via which we couldn't track the item. Your Shipment #******* for Order #*******. Why give unnecessary tracking number which cant be tracked?

Not at all Happy. Please stay away from ZAPALS!

Also they've taken off the order from my account, when I tried looking into it. It looks like I haven't ordered anything from them. SCAMMERS!
